What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Being able to teach concepts to others always excites me as the idea of reducing their doubts on a certain topic they may have struggled with is so wholesome to witness. Seeing people gain confidence academically is a great accomplishment, and being a part of that is even greater as a tutor.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Although maths can be quite a difficult concept to understand, I prioritise the right mentality for my students so that they can tackle all challenging questions with confidence. I am very open to all students and so I can tutor chemistry and biology as well, which I love as I can help their needs individually and collectively. I love to draw concepts back to real life examples to help their thought process.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Engage with the student cognitively while still being able to emotionally connect in order to understand the level of struggle on their weaknesses. I want to make this a great experience for my students, so being there for them in stressful times is something I can always do.

Many silly mistakes that could have been avoided. Failed to recognise where mistakes went wrong due to the lack of working out when attempting and answering questions.

He picked up the use of tree diagrams really really well this lesson! Well done! He asked questions and again like always was attentive. He seemed to be understanding a visual representation better than just numbers in worded questions.
Needs to become more familiar of solving worded questions in probability, but I will be checking homework to see his engagement. Also needs to better work on drawing tree diagrams to a comprehendible level.

Working with fractions, have created a guide for him and when to use methods when dealing with fractions. Most probability concepts were understood really well.
