Helping them understand the importance of learning and making education an experience which helps them want to learn. My strengths as a tutor would be patience, understanding the student, helping the student understand math concepts and punctual.

Be encouraging, inspiring and supportive - I believe a positive attitude will motivate students to want to learn. From my experience, I feel I am good at breaking down and explaining complex concepts and enlightening students to the relative importance of the subject to the world. I am also very patient, supportive and encouraging.

Always support and encourage them when they are struggling. A tutor needs to be patient with their students, and not give up when improvement is slow. I believe my greatest strengths are my flexibility and my willingness to adapt, combined with my patience.
