A bit about me
Hi! I’m a passionate and approachable mathematics tutor who enjoys helping students understand maths and feel more confident in their abilities. Throughout high school, I consistently achieved well above the standard in my mathematics assessments in my Maths Methods 3 classes, developing strong problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical reasoning skills and also later moved onto Maths Methods 4.
My teaching styles
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and adaptable. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adjust my explanations and teaching methods according to each student’s needs. I can break complicated topics into smaller, steps that are easier to understand and use examples and practice questions to reinforce understanding. I also aim to create a comfortable environment where students feel confident asking questions and making mistakes. I believe mistakes are an important part of learning, and my goal is to help students gradually become more independent and confident problem-solvers.
Who I can help
I am happy to work with students who want to strengthen their mathematical foundations, improve their understanding of challenging topics, prepare for assessments, or simply become more confident with maths. Whether a student is struggling with a particular concept or looking to further develop their skills, I will work with them at their own pace and tailor each lesson to their individual goals.
