What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

It has always been an interest of mine to help others and being a tutor can help me fulfil this desire. This desire to help others kickstarted when I was in Year11, seeing myself develop and enhance my knowledge in subject areas under my tutor's guidance made me understand the impact of tutoring. I enjoy seeing others grow and develop as a learner as it not only gives them the satisfaction of learning but also satisfy my own interest to help others.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe I am very clear when communicating and explaining concepts to students. I also have a good attitude in teaching, that is, not only respecting students and being an active listener to understand what they are struggling, but also encouraging them to keep trying and not be afraid of failures.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Believing in the student's capability and ability to tackle difficult questions and assisting them towards the answer. I believe the most important things a tutor can do is also praising them for the tiniest improvements so that they can feel more motivated in studying. Tutors are not only limited to teaching students work, but they can also give mentoring advice to them, guiding them throughout the years of studying and giving them emotional support.
