Even if they've started out well, tackled science in lower grades with a good attitude, even if they've made a switch to Year 11 Chemistry easily, more often than not students hit a wall when it comes to Year 12 chemistry. This is when they need all the support they can get.
If you've already thought about tutoring and are looking for someone local, a chemistry tutor in Bedford, we can help.
We are working with local tutors who can assist your child through high school chemistry. Whatever it is, be it going from inorganic to organic chemistry or simply being asked to understand experiments when they still don't have a grasp of the necessary basics. Tutoring may well be the best way to bridge the gap, especially when it's done right.
This is what we offer.
Conveniently, in your home or anywhere else, you choose the time and place. There are no hidden fees, just a simple hourly rate, and if the first lesson isn't what you've hoped for we won't charge you. Instead, we look for another chemistry tutor in Bedford who is a better match and more than happy to help.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Aaliyah is very good a back checking, which is a great skill to have as it is an easy way to avoid loosing marks. I think Aaliyahs main problem is a lack of confidence in what she knows. There has been a few times where all I had to do was give her a simple reminder and she new what to do.
Holly always has a good attitude. She listens to what I teach her and seems to remember what I say. It is clear from this that she doesn't get this kind of teaching style in the classroom, so we will work to help her learn to cope with this so that she is not overly dependent on this at a higher level.
Daniel is good in comprehending simple to complicated topics. He has a good math foundation. However, he has sometimes a tendency to lose focus in solving the problems resulting to commit minor and basic mistakes, such as in moving a term in an equation from the left side to the right.
Thank you so much for your assistance over the past months. Alex has progressed quite well and is getting more enjoyment out the subject given that he now has a better grasp of it.
Thank you for this. We are extremely happy with Jason. He has a lot of patience with Sarah and a genuine interest in helping her in Maths. Sarah is slowly getting more confident in maths and this is a big step.
Thanks for the reports. Michael is fantastic. James and I both really like him and he is a very dedicated and diligent tutor.
