Even if they've started out well, tackled science in lower grades with a good attitude, even if they've made a switch to Year 11 Chemistry easily, more often than not students hit a wall when it comes to Year 12 chemistry. This is when they need all the support they can get.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
First session went well discussing how to use derivatives to find the maximum and minimum of a function Second session was focusing on understanding how to take advantage of derivatives when finding the maximum area of a certain shape Third session was finishing off the concept of maximum and minimum from last week by solving 3 questions Fourth session was working on series and recognizing between geometric and arithmetic series.
His attitude and effort in his lessons have also improved. A particular example I remember is that a few weeks ago when I started to teach volume in advance, he doubted that we needed to do it because they covered it last year. In the last session I said that we could revise some things he did earlier because they'll show up again in later years and he seemed enthusiastic about it, saying "I didn't think we needed to do volume but it showed up again this year"
Vasili needs to be more confident in asking questions when he doesn't understand. Sometimes, I would need to ask Vasili if he is struggling and then help. Once he understand it is okay to ask questions, I'm sure Vasili will be more confident
Ezy Math tutoring gave me an invaluable opportunity and experience. With fortnightly advice, support and materials I was able to give my all to my students. The reward being an invaluable satisfaction when the mother heard from my students' teacher that her work was really improving. I really enjoyed the experience and always left the students feeling like I had made a change. For prospective tutors I would say Ezy Maths is a great place to work, they provide plenty of materials, support and the staff are very co-operative and understanding about your needs
Matt was excellent, he helped Josh immensely. I only wish we had started earlier. I now know who to come to for my other two children. Thank you.
Paul is very pleased with Peter's tutoring style and he feels he is making progress as he recently sat a math test and did better than previously. Paul is being better motivated by Peter and as Peter explains it , Paul feels he understands concepts better. Thank you.
