Physics is one of those subjects that easily sparks interest. Students learn about natural laws, how tiny specks behave and how gargantuan planets orbit light-years away. Because of its many applications science has become one of the most exciting fields of the future. From theory to application, there's a lot to wrap your head around. As you move up the curriculum the content does become highly technical.

It's easy to get lost in the details, and when you need to cram all of the concepts for a test it can easily become overwhelming. That's where a great tutor can help.
Finding a tutor is a great way to help your child out while staying involved in their education. And if you are looking for someone local, a physics tutor in Berkeley, we can definitely help!
We've found that students usually need someone to motivate them, set a routine and show them adequate study techniques. Apart from that, it's simply about finding someone your child feels comfortable around. Someone they click with.
That's what we aim for!
We match you with a local physics tutor in Berkeley, right where you live. All we need is to have a quick chat with you and we can set the ball rolling.
You pay a simple hourly rate, no other pesky charges or fees. We set up a trial lesson.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Aisha has continued to work diligently and effectively throughout our past month. While she continues to use pen to paper, and self questioning techniques well, she at times will resort to lazy thinking. That is, she will randomly guess answers to the question to simply get it right. Although this is just a minor issue, Aisha should place more weight on understanding the methods used to get to the answer- rather than the answer itself.
She has a very positive attitude towards learning. She really puts her good effort to learn and understand. She has a good working habit of understanding the problem before jumping it to solve.
Her basics in maths were very poor. Even i get an phone call from her Maths teacher, which explains me that she is feeling difficulty in maths from the very beginning and her other subjects is also effected because of this Concept and the revision
Yarra is very happy with Andrea, and I can already notice improvements :-) I expect Andrea to keep tutoring Yarra for a long time.

We've had 2 sessions with Hyolie and I find her very knowledgeable and organised. My daughter is comfortable with her, so far so good.
