Students reach the next level when they work with someone who understands their needs, who’s available and honestly cares about their goal. That kind of support goes a long way, especially with chemistry, as it tends to be elusive and hard to master.
In most cases, that kind of help isn't available at school. Teachers already have a full classroom to manage and are generally swamped with tasks. Maybe you've already thought of finding a local Blakeview chemistry tutor for your child, but you didn't know where to start and what to look out for.
We can help.
This is what we do. We organise one-on-one tutoring in your home, at a time that's most convenient for you. You choose what the tutor covers and how often they come. Not quite sure what your child needs to learn? No need to worry, we'll figure it out.
We charge a simple hourly fee and last but not least, in case you don't like the first lesson - we consider it a trial and match you with another Blakeview chemistry tutor.
We've seen it time and time again, all it takes for a student to start trying again is that one aha moment.
The right tutor can get your child there.
Give it a try!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Murdoch is a talkative student so talking aloud when solving problems is something that seems to come natural to him. He does not fear being wrong and will give a question an honest try - when he feels like it. He needs to format his work to a higher degree as his work can be scrappy and may cost him some marks in high school, not because it is wrong but because it isn't set out properly.
Nicole continues to have a fantastic attitude towards working and she very diligently does the homework I assign every week. I am impressed with her work habits and effort during our lessons.
Algebra: Em had a few difficulties recalling algebra skills in her trigonometry topic. Science: Em has a persuasive writing piece on nuclear power issues coming up. I'm finding that Em has trouble understanding new concepts in her science class when they are presented, so we spent some time talking over the basic theory of nuclear reactions and having understood the theory Em is now confident to write the report.
Great Tutoring and marks are an improvement. Thank you for your persistence and patience!
The tutoring is going quite well. We were really impressed with his proactive approach in asking for her naplan results and course outline from her teacher so he work in line with what she will be learning in class.
I would like to thank you for allowing me the opportunity to tutor this year. I have mentored a bunch of wonderful kids who have all made great improvements with their grades and work ethic. In addition, I have seen them become more and more confident with each lesson which has been incredibly rewarding.
