Even if they've started out well, tackled science in lower grades with a good attitude, even if they've made a switch to Year 11 Chemistry easily, more often than not students hit a wall when it comes to Year 12 chemistry. This is when they need all the support they can get.
If you've already thought about tutoring and are looking for someone local, a chemistry tutor in Church Point, we can help.
We are working with local tutors who can assist your child through high school chemistry. Whatever it is, be it going from inorganic to organic chemistry or simply being asked to understand experiments when they still don't have a grasp of the necessary basics. Tutoring may well be the best way to bridge the gap, especially when it's done right.
This is what we offer.
Conveniently, in your home or anywhere else, you choose the time and place. There are no hidden fees, just a simple hourly rate, and if the first lesson isn't what you've hoped for we won't charge you. Instead, we look for another chemistry tutor in Church Point who is a better match and more than happy to help.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Stephanie is becoming more confident in attempting questions without aid from me. She is consistently back checking solutions especially with algebraic equations and linear functions. It is noticeable that there are improvements within these areas and will continue to work these strategies in the other areas of the course.
Her attitude during lessons has been good, and she always pays attention and follows along with what I ask her to do. If anything she just sometimes gives up on questions a little too quickly, and asking the questions mentioned above should help her to at least get an idea of what direction she can go in to solve problems.
A lot of her problems in maths comes from the fact that she has a poor foundation in multiplication and division. It seems that she was not taught the correct material in primary school which is affecting her understanding of new concepts in high school. To remedy this, I've been making her practice some of the more basic content in order to get her used to knowing her times tables. I've also asked her to have a looks over the times tables in her own time.

All is well. We agree it can take some time to settle in, but having Meg has already improved the children's routine and helped up with homework. The plan is to increase the time that she comes to 1 and a half hours. We are looking at then continuing that through next year.
We are very happy with Jacob. Brendan has developed a good relationship with him and is happy to have tutoring. His exams are next week so I am hoping he will show an improvement and be more confident going into the test.
I just want to say that Daniel has finished his HSC and he received absolutely wonderful help from Andrew. I have recommended Ezy Math Tutoring to a friend of mine who will be in touch with you. Also, Lucy has been lovely and very helpful for Julia. Julia has finished her exams for the year and she is sure that without Lucy's help she would have really struggled with her maths.
