From basic grammar, vocabulary and spelling right up to creative writing, textual analysis and essay structuring. Each student learns at their own pace and inevitably each student will develop their own unique set of difficulties throughout the course of their schooling. The trouble at school often happens with a mismatched English teacher or a distracting classroom environment. Either way, it is quite usual that at some point most students need a bit of extra help. A temporary period of private English tutoring enables a student to receive help with their specific challenges, to clean up their weaknesses. Often the tutor sheds light on what the real challenges and their causes might be too. Whether we're playing "catch up" or trying to move ahead of the class, tailored 1-on-1 support works, that's why it's so popular.
This is exactly what we do. We'll organise a good fit local English tutor in Lilyfield or wherever you want the tutoring to take place. You can work with the tutor in whichever capacity you want. There are no minimum hours required, no booking fees or cancellation costs. We really do keep it Ezy!
Plus, your first lesson works as a trial, so if the tutor isn't what you wanted, you won't be charged. Ezy!

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Harrison continues to apply the learning strategies introduced, however he needs to focus more on back checking as he has a habit of making mistakes when his begins to lose focus. 'Talking Aloud', 'note taking', 'seeking understanding' and 'pen to paper' are all being implemented well by Harrison, following the introduction of the key problem solving steps.
Isabella works hard and has a cheerful attitude towards her work. She can occasionally become a bit excited and distracted in lessons, this seems to be when she hasn't had a chance to work her energy out beforehand.
Knowledge-wise Matthew seems excellent, with maybe some lack of understanding of trigonometric function which hasn't been covered in Matthew's classes since our lessons. The problem seems to lie in using his knowledge and applying them to problem solving scenarios, particularly in exams.
I am very happy with Kavan, he is a great tutor, very patient and extremely intelligent.
We contacted Ezymath tutoring for assistance for my daughter in Year 12. From the start the company provided a professional and helpful service. Our tutor Tako was excellent. She was reliable, extremely knowledgeable, an excellent teacher and went over and above her hourly sessions. The format was formal with structured outline of each session with regular parent feedback. Would highly recommend this tutoring company.
I'd care to share something with you. Whilst our son, Jordan has yet of course to complete his HSC and not wishing to tempt fate, his trials are over. Last year, Y11 he received the award for #1 ranking in general maths. Unfortunately his teacher moved overseas and let's just say the relationship between him and his new teacher wasn't as before. His ranking swiftly dropped to sub 15! To compound matters, 10 students during Y12 dropped down from 'advanced' to 'general' pushing Jordan's overall ranking to sub 20. Then we came to you for help. Since Jordan has been studying with Suraj his standards steadily began improving once again and we're extremely happy to report that Jordan's overall trial's exam results pushed him up to 4th. Remember, this included those who dropped down to 'general.' Now that's a positive outcome. Naturally, full credit must go to Jordan but without your assistance we would be facing a very different outcome.
