What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Having had bad teachers in the past, I know what it's like to be stuck in that spot. So, being able to help someone in the position I was in a few years ago gives me great joy. I think my biggest strength is being able to tailor my teaching style to the person I am teaching to help them comprehend the concept easier. This is something that I realised I am capable of during high school, as I was helping a few of my classmates with concepts and had to adjust how I explained to each one separately. They later told me that the way I explained it to them helped a lot and they were able to understand it easier.Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is truly understand them. By this I mean understand who they are as a person and as a student.
