What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I'd like to have a job that helps people, and being a good tutor will allow students to improve and thrive which I can be proud of. It's an effect that certain teachers have had on me and I'd like to have the same effect towards my students. I plan to pursue an education degree at Macquarie University, and being able to tutor allows for valuable practice and experience.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I feel I am easy to get along with, and still being young will hopefully allow students to feel more comfortable when learning. I can be particularly helpful for students who are struggling to keep up, as I have been in that situation myself. I would be proud to not only teach students about mathematics but to also increase their motivation and confidence in themselves.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being a good listener and adjusting to what I think is best for them for me is very important. Some students may be fully motivated to do the best they can and I can therefore assign them with homework, whilst also ensuring they don't feel either overwhelmed or not receiving enough, which therefore requires communication.
