Take a few minutes to skim through our testimonials. You'll no doubt feel a sense of surprise. People's experience shows that tutoring does so much more than just boost grades. It changes lives. Like most parents you are probably looking for an English tutor to help your child with some specific goal or challenge. However, with the right tutor, you get so much more.
Once a student has the experience of progress and accomplishment they learn, and start to internalize, the idea "If I try, I can accomplish". This confidence often results in a performance improvement across all subjects, not just English and starts a student on the cycle of success. It's addictive too! Having a sense of confidence in one's own abilities is so rewarding!
We'll provide an English tutor in Bayview or any other location that works for you. Tell us where works. Tell us when works. Tell us any specific requests. We'll do the rest.
Give us a quick buzz on 1300 312 354 and speak to one of our consultants. It should take them 10-15 minutes to get a brief understanding of your needs and availability. The next thing from there, a local Bayview English tutor will contact you to organise the first lesson. Guess what else? The first lesson is a trial - so if you don't like it, you won't be charged.
The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Yasmin is doing well with pen to paper, self questioning, note taking, transfer skills, seeking understanding, avoiding rule dependence, format skills and avoiding lazy thinking. She is showing great improvement in confidence, but still needs to remember that it is okay to be wrong and she should still not be afraid to answer things she is unsure of. She should also not forget to talk aloud when she is doing working out.
I have noticed these past lessons Amani has become more disorganised than usual. She is unable to manage her time efficiently causing her homework for school and with me to be not completed on time. She may need to start using a diary to plan when her assignments and tests are coming up, allowing her to be prepared.
Annie and I identified that a lot of her difficulty came from a poor layout when approaching mathematical problems, so in upcoming session I will be emphasising and focusing on the importance of clear and tide note taking and format skills in both math and science. I will continue giving Annie around 5-10 minutes of algebra revision, but would like to move onto other geometric mathematics in upcoming sessions.
Things are going really well. Kai enjoys Noah's tutoring. On his last math's assessment he received 80% in comparison to the one before which was 55%. I met with his math's school teacher and she has provided upcoming topics for Noah to discuss with Kai as well as 2 practice tests. Her feedback was positive too and constructive. If we stay on this path, I'm confident that it will prepare him well for the upcoming HSC.
Appreciate all the work and effort from Ezymath. Very happy with the program and the service.
Stuart and Ben seem to have hit it off straight away and my son was very happy with his first lesson. It is still early days to really make a comment but Stuart seems like a very smart, helpful, pleasant young man and they both seem to share an interest in soccer.
