It takes a lot to do well in biology. Moving up the curriculum can be a challenge and if students don't jump in with both feet it's easy to fall behind.
Catching up while others move on to a completely different area can cause a serious drop in motivation.
understanding where the student is having a problem, what is that they find hard is very important. Only after that you can make a student excel in their subject and score good.
Another important thing is giving students the "concept clarity", if any student remember the concept behind a topic, they never have to learn it, their brains remembers…

I think as a tutor the most important thing I would be able to do for a student is to empower them and give them the tools necessary for their own learning. Using a strength-based approach to show them how to learn in all situations so they can improve continuously. As a tutor one of my strengths is that I am able to communicate effectively and…
A tutor that is able to put the students need in front or before his own is the most important thing. This is what builds and creates trust between the tutor and the student that no matter what the tutor will have the students back. It is just so important that nothing else can come above that. My motivation and dedication towards teaching and…
A tutor should understand the student's ability and capacity of learning. Then the tutor should teach the student in a particular way to make him understand the lesson in his unique way. The most important thing a tutor can give is not only knowledge but experience when facing things during school. As a recent graduate, i have recently undergone high school, along with past memories of primary, equipping me with understanding of the different struggles students can face such as pressure or stress, thus allowing me to act as not…
Be there for the student when they need help, and never losing patience with them. Students need reassurance that they will always have someone to help them no matter how 'silly' they think their questions are and won't be judged. A tutor should support the student best they can and provide them with resources to help along the way, also making…
To observe and understand the student first and then work on the weakness to make them their strengths. Adaptability, enthusiasm, communication, patience, composure,…
A tutor can guide a student from any level that they are now stucked in. The learning patterns and time they take to grasp a certain skill or knowledge differs and unique. Tutors should be able to identify that and teach them accordingly. Listening , Motivation, Persistence, Patience and being not partial are my strnghts as a…
A tutor can provide a proper guideline to a student on how to excel in his/her studies. The tutor can primarily create a timetable for a student regarding what amount of time should be spent on studies, when to have recess etc. Time management is really important in a student's life. I think one-to-one learning is essential to help a student…
All the students have unique learning methods so as a tutor it is essential that we take that into consideration and orient the classes in a way that is comprehensible and engaging for that child. The tutors should always be very patient and respectful of the child as no every child learns at the same pace. I believe that I am very patient and…
I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is understand that each student is different and learns best in different ways and at different paces. I also firmly believe that engaging the student by doing things like connecting concepts to the real world or even to the student's own interests is paramount for the overall retention…
Firstly, being kind, patient and listening to the student matters the most. This is because not everyone is the same, not everyone has the same capacity to understand and grasp the concept. One student may understand it in a minute, whereas another may take 10. So its very important that the tutor is kind, patient and listens to the student.…
Help them enjoy study by making the learning tailored to their preferred style and making them achieve things they couldn’t before.
Improve their grades to reach goals they have.
Private attention and additional help on top of school allows them to learn better than they normally can. I’m patient, I’m caring, friendly, I don’t judge.…
Tutors should be able to not only teach concepts to students but also get them to have a genuine interest in the subject, as this further increases the students' willingness and ability to do well in their studies. They should also equip students with the skills necessary to successfully complete assessments they are given, as understanding…

Enable the student to find their method of learning and their own logic patterns to be able to work out complex problems with simple methods My strengths as a tutor are the ability to identify with the child and through that, enable them to simplify their learning. The most important things a tutor can do for a student is create a positive and open learning environment, understand their learning styles, and provide as much help as possible. I just wanted to say thank you, Ruhail is a very pleasant young man, and show a very professional manor approach with Tutoring Stephanie.
Stephanie is also impressed and when I have questioned her how she is finding Ruhail and the Tutoring, her comments were all pleasant.
She said Ruhail is very nice and explains maths in more simple terms, making her understand Maths easier.
She compares Ruhail to the teacher at school and can't understand why she is left dumb-founded in the classroom yet her Tuition makes much more sense and understands the topic/task clearer.
So far we are both impressed with Ruhail and his tutoring.
Working with Ezy Math tutoring has been an excellent learning opportunity due to the amount of time and energy the company invests into ensuring you can improve as a tutor. I highly recommend EzyMath Tutoring to any tutors who are actively seeking to improve their tutoring skills.
Things are going very well at the moment. Much of the use Max is getting out of it is that there is time to ask questions and have detailed explanation of concepts. This is what he felt he was denied in class and was causing some degree of anxiety on his part. Brigit appears to be a good tutor for him as it is always important that he likes the person he is dealing with especially when it is in a subject area which isn't the main focus of his primary interest or ability.
Biology tutoring in Lynbrook
It takes a lot to do well in biology. Moving up the curriculum can be a challenge and if students don't jump in with both feet it's easy to fall behind.
Catching up while others move on to a completely different area can cause a serious drop in motivation. While most students manage to stay afloat and get the grades they want, it doesn't have to be such an uphill battle.
Guided learning and the support of a mentor can make high school science subjects less of a challenge. While it's definitely important to notice when children need a hand, it's also hard to know what kind of support they need. This is when most parents contact us.
We work with local biology tutor in Lynbrook who can help your child keep up the momentum they've built in their studies. All we need is to have a quick chat with you and we can set the ball rolling.
It doesn't matter where they are at, if they are learning about gene flow and genetic drift or how our bodies use negative feedback loops to maintain a relatively constant internal environment. The right tutor can hit the ground running because they've been in that very position before.
This is how it works.
We match you with a local biology tutor in Lynbrook, right where you live. You pay a simple hourly rate, no other pesky charges or fees, and the first lesson comes with a money-back guarantee.
