That's where we come in!
We've found that students who are struggling need someone who will support their progress and make it easier to get the grades. They also need to be motivated and taught how to overcome issues, how to learn from each failure. Tutors we work with know that.
So, this is how it works.
We find local tutors and organise one-on-one physics tutoring in Bertram, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate.
You don't like the tutor? No worries, it happens from time to time and we understand that! That's why the first lesson comes as a free trial.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Daniel is certainly improving in both using the correct study techniques and understanding the content. With more practice, he seems to be getting a better grasp of the concepts and the underlying logic. He has certainly improved considerably in doing word problems and putting pen to paper and thinking aloud.
Understands the importance of maths in everyday life and has a positive attitude to learning Portia wants to do well, just need to reaffirm process to success - which is basically organisation. After 3rd lesson: she is very dedicated to her studies and will do well in her schooling if she continues her current efforts. From a quick look over her workbook, organisation could be improved (it is still visibly there, but could use a little improvement).
Overall we have been minimising Catherine's gaps. Her fractions have improved, and we now need to ensure we are consistently going over past work to make sure she doesn't forget anything. Catherine has few problem areas, but we are going over old work to try and find the areas that she struggles with! We need to continuously re-visit old work to make sure she is not forgetting anything.
Yes we are happy with the way things have started. Ahmad-Firdauz has been very helpful and we believe has already helped Jayden improve is focus. Jayden has a math test today which we are hopeful show improved results even if by just a slight margin.
Jeevan is happy with Posearn's approach and seems to have settled well with the arrangement. He has been on time every lesson and seems to be a dedicated tutor. We are looking forward to seeing progress in Jeevan's Maths grades but for now we are pleased that he has someone he can turn to for help when he encounters problems with homework.
Kyle engaged with Josephine very quickly. He has a delightfully engaging and affirming nature. She opened up immediately and felt more confident to tackle maths problems in the session. Very pleased to have him on board.
