The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. The past few weeks Alice and I have been working on revising the topics of the year, particularly with matrices and linear equations. In this revision, I have been trying to identify areas where Alice either gets confused, or doesn't know what the next step is and have been helping her to create triggers to assist in the future. We have been working on back checking as well, although it does take a while for it to become habit.
Katrina has a very positive attitude in all classes and never gives up, even when she finds a question tough. Without a doubt, Katrina always puts in maximum effort in all her classwork, tutor work and homework across all facets of her learning. She has fantastic work habits, very diligent and always strives to achieve her very best.
There were a few problems with time questions especially time jumps but he has got the grasp of it from our last lesson of the year. He had trouble remembering his 7 multiplication tables but that came back in a week or two. The main focus should be to allow Zeke to remember the concepts, especially the harder ones, for next year.

Matthew is very happy with Anthony. From the first day with Anthony, Matt realised what a great help Anthony will be with his better understanding of his studies in maths. Thank you for you help.
Rebecca had her third session with Kerryn tonight and is finding the tutoring helpful. She has trial HSC exams in three weeks' time and finds Kerryn is good at explaining the concepts that she's struggling with. I am impressed with Kerryn's calm manner and ability to explain things well to her.
