I personally love the moment where I am teaching someone the content, and they have that moment of realisation they have understood their content

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Patience and motivation are the main elements that are important as a tutor. As tutoring may be an outside source of school that is not compulsory, it is important to be able to push the students to revise on their work and properly understand their content to a higher level. Tutors are to act patient and as a role model for their students, demonstrating their raw ability to understand the content, but to shape the trajectory of the students personal growth.
