What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
As a new tutor, studying in the field of becoming a primary school teacher, I currently have no experience in tutoring. So, I don't know what I enjoy most about tutoring but I love being around kids and I also love the idea of helping them learn.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a new tutor, studying in the field of becoming a primary school teacher, I currently have no experience in tutoring. So, I don't know what my strengths are as a tutor but in general my strengths are that I am highly motivated, patient, and very supportive.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important things I can do for a student are encourage them, teach them, and support them. By teaching them, I will teach them to the point where they actually understand what they are learning instead of them saying 'I understand' when they really don't. By encouraging them to do well, not only does it makes their parents and I happy and proud but it also makes the student happy and proud of themself. By supporting them, I will support them through the ups and downs of their learning, especially when they are doing well but also when they aren't doing well. This is because we all make mistakes and by making them, we learn. Students may be confident in one topic but not in the other topics and all I can do from there are teach them, encourage them, and support them throughout all the good grades and bad grades they receive.

It went pretty well. At the beginning of the lesson Mussa was reading fluidly and he was able to come up with his own ideas when writing.

Mussa needs improvement in building confident while reading, it will take patient, practice and time for him to be really confident. He still needs to practice in summarising a text as well as pointing out relevant information.
Same as last week, no progression just yet.
