What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

There are many reasons why I like tutoring but a few of them are that I get to help others learn. It's rewarding to know that I'm making a positive impact on someone's future. Teaching others can also be a learning experience, leading to personal growth and development. Plus the work hours are pretty flexible.

Secondly, since I am a university student myself I tend to continuously learn and update my knowledge ensuring that I provide accurate information to students. I feel that a tutor should take the time to understand the student's learning style, strengths, weakness and goals. Basically, a tutor should tailor his/her approach to best meet the student's needs. Tutors can help students develop a growth mindset by emphasizing the importance of effort. Overall, the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to provide personalized support and guidance that empowers the student to reach their full potential academically and personally.
