I've been teaching for nine years now and it just goes to show how passionate I am when it comes to teaching. Additionally, I enjoy the impact I am having on students' lives. Next, we should also make students feel that they can achieve their academic goals. Continuously giving them positive feedback is helpful as well because it would motivate them to work harder. And lastly, as tutors, we should start where students are instead of where we would like them to be.
