What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

For me the enjoyment comes when I see a student have an 'aha' moment, when they get all excited because they finally understand why we use a certain tool (like integration for example).

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strength as a tutor lies in my desire to help the student have an understanding of what is going on, rather than just getting them to rote learn problems. As a result I am really good at asking the questions (or providing the hints) that really gets the student on a path to think about the problems and understand the solutions.

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is ensure they understand what they are doing. As a result it is crucial for a tutor to prepare the correct material for the student. It is crucial that a tutor guides the student rather than just helping them get their homework done. Teach a man to fish and he has food for the rest of his life.
