What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The ability to share my knowledge, experience and understanding of a topic is the thing I enjoy the most as a tutor. It is also very satisfying to be able to play an important role in the development of students and provide a strong support in their learning. Furthermore, tutoring gives me the marvellous opportunity to cross path with people from various backgrounds, something that I really look forward to in my career.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Being a student, I relate to my students’ needs. I know it is important for me to adapt to the latter, their method and pace of learning and I believe that being patient is a virtue. I like to approach a topic from the student’s perspective and use analogies to break down complex problems to facilitate understanding. Loving the subjects I teach and having good communication skills allow me to explicitly share my knowledge and enjoy teaching. I foster good human relationship and I encourage ethical teaching. I reckon that working in an environment where mutual respect prevails is primordial.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I believe going the extra mile to ensure that a student has the proper understanding is primordial. In the past, I have dealt with tough students with patience and empathy, clearing my students’ doubts and making them gain an in – depth understanding of the subject. I prefer to portray myself more a friend than a tutor and reassure my students they can always rely on my support. This bridges any prevailing gaps, creates a stress-free exchange, makes them feel more comfortable, resulting in a more fun session with an enhanced flow, in which a student can open up and participate.
