What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
Being able to inspire and challenge young minds is the most exciting thing about tutoring. I learn from the student as much as I teach the student. Tutoring helps me to keep my concepts (mathematical especially) fresh. I love teaching & helping students as evident from my past record.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
As a Mathematical Physicist & budding Data Scientist, I possess brilliant problem-solving skills. I’ve studied both applied & theoretical mathematics which helps me to solve problems even better. My concentration span is quite high. As a university student, who’s involved in clubs & volunteering activities outside academics, I’ve brilliant time-management skills. I’m an extremely hardworking, determined person who puts her best foot forward in whatever task I undertake. I understand my students well & prepare for the lessons before-hand. I try to make the sessions as interactive as possible.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I firmly believe it’s significant to create a positive, supportive learning environment for the student so that they feel comfortable in asking any doubts. They shouldn’t feel embarrassed in asking any question as the best learning happens only when you’re curious. It’s extremely important that the student first understands the fundamentals crystal clear, which immensely help in solving any level of problem. If a student is unable to understand a concept from the way I’m explaining then I try to get a sense of what’s confusing them.
