What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Sharing knowledge is the most important thing I enjoy about tutoring. It may be the same concept or the same Law od Diminishing Marginal Utility, but having created many analogies to explain the same concept to different students, I have relearned the same concepts in interesting ways. Getting students to understand concepts in various contexts and pushing them to apply those concepts in practical situations is also something I enjoy.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Through my experience of working with children from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, I know that education has to be tailored according to every child's unique potential. I can detect the strengths and weaknesses of every student, and teach them in ways that will further their strengths and improve their weak areas. I'm patient with children, and as a student who was tutored, I know what most students expect from tutors and can adapt to each child's needs quickly.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Inspiration and encouragement are key. In today's world, it is very easy to get cooped up in the competition to get the highest grades, and a lot of students lose their way in that race and end up not reaping the benefits of knowledge. Many students study for grades and certificates and their knowledge is unable to transition into practical situations, so the most important thing for a tutor is to change the student's approach to studying and learning from a result-based view to a knowledge-based one. Tutors should also make sure that their students are able to apply the concepts they learn.
