What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Once some of my students achieved A+'s in a Maths test, I was even happier than my achieving A+'s. When I see my students gradually build up good study habits, achieve good results, and study hard to pursue their passions and goals, the satisfication is what I enjoy the most. The improvement doesn't have to be academically only, but also can be practically (e.g. students who become more confident about themselves, realize what they want to do in the future, etc.)

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am confident at STEM learning and teaching. My familiarity of the high school Advanced Maths content and tutoring experience ensure me to provide professional teaching. Besides, I believe I am an active communicator, attentive listener and a well-organized individual. In addition to that, speaking English, Mandarin and Japanese fluently gives me the chance to help those who are still improving their English.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Every student is a unique individual. They have different personalities, backgrounds, learning abilities, studying habits, goals, etc. As a tutor, I can have the opportunity to know about each student, pay attention to their behaviours and emotions and establish the most appropriate way of learning for each student. Such that I can try my best to inspire, help, motivate and encourage students to develop their general abilities and specialist knowledge. That is to say, Study is a lifelong process, I want to try my best to help my students in their need.
