What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Because I think the criteria of the tutor are ver suitable for me, I like all the advantages of tutoring. In education and tutoring, I can share my thoughts, thinking, wisdom, imagination, and creativity with more people, and also I can draw the innocent vitality and youthful passion of children so that my soul will never grow old. At work, we can discuss the art of education and teaching with colleagues and peers. We can read books with confidence, we can live and exercise regularly... As a tutor, when I see the progress and growth of the students, all the hardships and troubles drift away.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I am a patient, friendly and positive person with a good personality, which is the best part to be a tutor. I'd always like to be helpful and respectful to all students. When students need help, I would be really enthusiastic to answer their questions. Additionally, I can adapt myself to students from different stages and create a new action plan that will be better adapted to each new situation. I would be an energetic and empathetic tutor to establish a good relationship with my students and peers, listening to the needs of the child and demonstrating openness will help to better understand.
Most important things I can do for a student π
There are two most important things that students can do for a student. One is to know how to apply suitable methods to answer students' confusion and guide students in the right direction. The other thing is like what I mentioned, tutor needs to hav their openness, such as accessibility, availability, involvement, and empathy. The t should inquire about the context, like academic situation, environment at school, at home, etc. Allowing the adoption of a more appropriate follow-up and the better use of work methods. The tutorβs involvement and presence offer support for a student in trouble.

More practice in converting fractions to decimals will be great. Such as expressing 87/100, 6/10, and 765/10 in decimals.
