I really enjoy helping students and supporting them when they feel a lack of support and understanding from school. When each session ends, students should be comfortable with the content covered, and also comfortable with applying the concepts in a variety of ways. Tutors need to enable students and help their way of thinking on how to approach different kinds of questions, especially questions that students don't know how to approach. Also, it is important for a tutor to empower students to find the confidence in their own skills, and provide encouragement for continuous improvement.

Have a look at some more difficult worded "problem-solving" in case they come up in the test. General practice just to increase speed for test-taking conditions.
