My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a very analytical mind and I can both understand and communicate mathematics effectively. I think I have the ability to break down a complex idea into steps to make it easier to process. I believe it is very important to understand the underlying method behind a process and I would seek to teach this to deepen a students understanding, so they can truly understand the content. I am also a very calm, patient person and I believe I could provide great encouragement and support to the student.

I think that possibly the most important thing a tutor can do is instill confidence in a student. By motivating and building a positive relationship with the student a tutor can really motivate a student to succeed. It is extremely important to be patient and understanding with the student, and provide support and encouragement. Finally, I think it is also critical for a tutor strive to improve upon their teaching abilities for the benefit of the student and their own growth as an educator.
