I enjoy listening to students. They always have different opinions on the new things they learn. Their questions make me find a new path to discovering the world. I enjoy their curiosity. Their purity affects me a lot.

I am a really patient person. I can try different methods to help students solve the issues. I met a student who had a really weak understanding of math, but I tried to use stories and analogies to help him get understood. I am also responsible. I will check their homework on time and give them feedback instantly.

The most important thing that I think a tutor can do for a student is to help them find the field they are really interested in. Besides academic learning, a tutor should discover the student's hobbies and support them, guiding them in the correct way. I believe education is not filling the pail but lighting the fire. The tutor has to build coherence between students and their interests, helping them improve themselves.
