It's such an inspiring job where I get to encourage and inspire the students on a academic and personal level and help them to achieve their best possible self.

I am an approachable person and a student at Uni studying teaching, so its easier for me to relate and understand the needs of the students and put myself in their shoes.

Other than helping the student to achieve better, I think it would also be very crucial for the tutor to communicate and connect meaningfully with the student.
