What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I love the experience of teaching and learning as a whole, where teaching enables knowledge to be passed down to younger generations whereby individuals are able to appreciate and understand the world around them more closely. This makes me most happy when a student has discovered a new idea/perspective and can be shaped into a more knowledgeable individual.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I can learn to adapt to new environments easily, whilst maintaining a quality level of teaching. My enjoyment of mathematics has motivated me in pursuing teaching others new mathematics that I have learnt and enjoyed previously. As I have completed the highest level of mathematics for the HSC, I am comfortable and fluent in my abilities. I am able to empathise closely with students being in a familar period of learning and extending one's own knowledge.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

A tutor must have the ability to engage with their student, as I believe that a comfortable learning environment provides the best results. With this, tutors must also have patience with their students as every individual learns at their own pace and should not be discouraged. Tutors must look to motivate students to learn new ideas, leading to the enjoyment of the student's chosen subject.
