What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
With tutoring, it is not only the experience that I gain by solving questions for Maths or structuring responses for English, but also the personal connection I build with the students. Having a wide variety of talents and expertise allows me to excel into learning the different ways to teaching and applying them in my classrooms and tutoring sessions. Being able to communicate comfortably and teach various methods can be special moments not many partake. I love tutoring and it is something I feel one should not let go off. I would love to take my first step into commercial tutoring at Ezy.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Building a rapport with all my students to allow us to get to know each other is one of the most important concepts I get around as being a strong tutor. Here I can be honest and open with my students by hearing them out and listening to everything they are struggling with including their situation and built-in weaknesses. Further, I can adapt my timetable for students by holding late-night maths and english sessions, or quickly fill in a spot when needed urgently. I am very flexible and patient with all my students, allowing to give time to think and understand where I am coming from.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
As per previous response, I can assure that building a rapport and making them feel comfortable that they are willing to learn and share ideas would be the most important things that not I should do, but all tutors. Making sure to adapt my own timetable to the students when there is an upcoming exam or submission for school. Hearing the students is also vital into creating an honest and open environment.

He needs to improve on not making the same silly mistakes constantly and getting the right technique in order to prevent this.
