What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education ,double majoring in Criminology and Psychology. I love sharing my knowledge with others and watching them grow. I've always wanted to be a teacher, and I think tutoring is a great way to get started and is also an opportunity to reflect my strengths as a tutor.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

One of my greatest strengths as a tutor is to empathize with my student. Each student has their own respective capabilities and strengths. It is key to listen to each student and understand their needs and challenges. Doing this will build a good rapport and ensure that your child feels valued.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important thing as a tutor is to appreciate students for who they are and to also work around their own respective strengths and capabilities Tutoring is conducted on a one-to-one basis, meaning that you get to know your pupils very well. In order to create a productive working environment, you build a relationship with your student, discussing shared interests. It is also very important for a tutor to attempt to change a students poor attitude towards learning, if the barrier is not understanding content. Such stems for a positive attitude!
