What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

As a teacher, there are times that some of my students were not able to understand the lesson within the given class period that's why I do the tutoring. What I enjoyed most about tutoring is I can focus on a small group of students where I can easily assessed their progress. It will be easy for me to focus on the areas which they need assistance and most especially I'm happy when I see my students whom I tutored, excel in their academic goals.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths as a tutor are I know the subject that will be taught - Mathematics. I can impart my knowledge well to my students since mostly it is a one-on-one attention. I am flexible as well, I can work with students at their own pace and schedule. Lastly, I can give them emotional support which I believe is what they also needs, someone who can encourage them which can help them boost their confidence and be motivated to succeed.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to show empathy so I can build a safe environment for them. Identify their learning needs so I know what approach to use. Give constructive feedbacks so they can improve a specific area without them feeling degraded. Set achievable goals with the student so they would be encourage to cooperate because the goal is attainable on their own level.
