What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The ability to make a difference in students’ lives. It allows me to help students achieve their academic goals and guide them through their academic struggles. It is also truly rewarding when you physically get to see how your efforts helped improve a student's mark on a test or report. It also allows me to interact with a variety of students and also will learn a lot about other cultures and individuals. This is what I enjoy most about tutoring.

I have creativity and enthusiasm for teaching. I have the ability to explain difficult things in a simple way. I have the ability to connect with students, on a personal level. An understanding for the world of children, their emotions and feelings. I have the ability to empathize with students. I am also very energetic and patient. I lean on these qualities heavily while I'm tutoring. I think my energy helps keep students engaged and motivated with the material, and my patience allows them to move at their own learning pace comfortably.

The most important things that a tutor can do for a student is to be a positive role model for students. I like to encourage them and help them believe in themselves. I also like to be honest with them when they are struggling and help them find ways to improve, grow and develop.
