What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The realisation expressed on students' faces when they manage to grasp a complex or unfamiliar concept, especially if they initially struggled with it. I also find it fulfilling when students adopt key learning strategies their tutors have passed on and put them into practice.

Tutors need to be able to effectively communicate to their students and understand how each student learns and best grasps ideas. They need to accommodate their lessons based on the student's needs and goals for that subject/class.
