Unfortunately not every school teacher is a good match for every student. Often the student might develop the sense that they are not smart because they don't understand their teacher's approach, but often it's just a bad match. It's truly incredible the way in which one explanation creates that "aha" moment whereas another creates confusion. Our service is all about finding you the "right" tutor, not the "best" tutor. A local Revesby English tutor will not only connect well with your child but they will be able to offer explanations in such a manner that your child just "gets it". This is what we do.
Our offer is quite simple. We will find you an English tutor in Revesby. They will come to your home at a time of your choosing. They will come as often or as little as you decide. They will tailor the lessons to your child's specific needs. Best of all, if you think the tutor is not the "right" fit, we'll organise another tutor free of charge.
We want you to be a raving fan of your tutor. That's our Good-Fit guarantee.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Sydney progressed throughout the time at tutoring at asking questions when necessary and talking about the strategies that he was using / what he was thinking, and we had a strong dynamic in this area in which we were able to communicate effectively. Throughout our sessions he gained confidence and learned to think about things at a higher level in order to apply theories in new ways.
Very positive attitude as always. She always seems enthusiastic and open to learning and is willing to take any advice I give her on solving sums. Great attitude! Good effort. Diligent with her homework and class work. Very good. Always asks me when she can't understand something or has come to a dead end in a question. Not shy to ask for help. Homework is always done.
Mathematics is definitely a problem area. She has a wonderful attitude towards it but we will probably need to make sure that she starts revising her maths for a few minutes every day. For example, just a worksheet from a NAPLAN book a night would help her see great improvements. She is quite behind in maths, I think the major thing is she is mixing up a few concepts and so struggles to identify what method she needs to use when the problem arises.

Morgan has responded very well already with Hazel. She said her explanations of problems has made her maths much more easier. We are very happy with Hazel.
Despite a few minor glitches for our first few sessions with James arriving late (all sorted now I think), we've been VERY happy with the way he's working with Emily. She lacks confidence in maths, and I think James's gentle and patient approach is really helping.
Rishi is great guy and working well with our son James. We realise it is early days but James is already more confident with his approach towards maths. Thanks for checking in with us. It is appreciated.
