overcoming challenges for each individual ends up providing me with new ways of learning myself. i always see value when the student begins to demonstrate confidence.

be a roll model and provide the student with the tools to self learn. it’s important to have a positive connection to learning so the engagement must be positive. i believe a tutor should draw and demonstrate as well as verbally teach.
