My Strengths as Tutor
I personally think the following qualities are my strengths as a tutor.
1. Patience: Being patient is important not only because each person learns at a different pace, but there are some students that will test every ounce of your patience.
2. Ability to Teach: When it comes to tutoring, the ability to teach is basically the ability to share information in a way that others will learn, grasp the concepts.
3. Skill and Maturity
Most important things I can do for a student
Successful tutors build strong, personal relationships with their students: Tutors fill a different role than teachers and parents, and that puts them in a unique position to support students. Personal relationships are foundational to student success -- the more connected a student feels to his or her tutor, the more the tutor creates trust and respect, essential ingredients for students to learn well. Communication and collaboration with all stakeholders are key factors to student success.
