What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Seeing students gain confidence when they are lacking it. I have seen students who were convinced that they would never amount to anything because they didn't understand calculus. After gaining a basic understanding, their whole attitude changed and they performed better in nearly every aspect of their lives. I love being the person who can help make that happen.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am relatable and yet know how to be professional. I have been to both public and private schools and lived in regional and urban areas allowing me to understand different teaching and learning styles. I know how to recognise a student's needs and will be patient and explain a concept in as many different ways as needed.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Be patient, supportive and never give up on a student. I think a tutor needs to make the student feel comfortable. They should never feel ashamed to ask a question nor should they feel inferior in a tutor's presence. A tutor should help a student with what they struggle, while also reminding them of their strengths and talents.
