Verbal and written language skills are crucial in the information age. Comprehending texts, textual analysis, structuring written reports, refining creative processes and applying a structure to them, articulating thoughts concisely ... these skills are going to be useful in just about any career path. Joshua's use of the learning strategies is slowly improving as he is beginning to gain a greater understanding of the content covered. The most improved strategies are pen to paper and his overall speed, where Joshua is now starting to show working and is able to reap the speed benefits of following this strategy.
I say this every time but Chels' work ethic and attitude as a student is great. She puts in a lot of effort and maintains a very positive attitude despite her struggles, and she's been so proactive in her approach to her learning as she's sought out help and support in class with her teacher and outside of class in our tutoring sessions. I'm so impressed with her maturity and responsibility.
Recognising new rules and remember past ideas (specifically graphing from yr 10) seems to be the current problem. However, it is simply a matter of properly addressing this gaps with exposure to a wide range of questions. We have not covered all the graphing together and I'll be addressing it after the approaching exam.

Thanks for your email. I am happy to let you know that Jessica has settled down very well with Patrick. She is actually enjoying her tutoring sessions and has already felt a bit stronger and more confident. I have taken some time to listen to them and they get on well and Jessica does not feel uncomfortable to ask questions. Both Jess and I are so far, very happy with Patrick's tutoring.
Nicola likes being tutored by Avi who she finds very patient and has a great ability to explain concepts so that they are easily understood. We have had a great start and are really looking forward to some good results. As a parent I find Avi mature, responsible and reliable. She is a good role model for Nicola.
Hello , both Ruby and I are very happy with her expanding understanding and Boris is a positive , patient and focused young man , he seems to be connecting with Ruby quite well with mutual respect . We look forward to more understanding.
