We work with great biology tutors in Abbotsford and over the years we've realized most students have a good idea of what they need to do in order to prepare for a test, they just tend to take shortcuts where they really shouldn't.
All it takes is a bit of a push to truly get everything out of exam prep. Students usually need quick tips here and there and someone to keep them focused until they develop good learning habits. By providing the right input at the right time tutors can help students keep up with the demands and get the grades they want.
If you are looking for a local biology tutor, the tutors we work with are available within a day or two. All we need to get things started is to have a chat with you so we can figure out what kind of support your child needs.
On top of that, we keep things simple and convenient. That means
there are no extra fees or hidden charges, just a simple hourly rate.
Last but not least, to make sure you really like the tutor - the first lesson comes as a free trial and with a money-back guarantee.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
When Markus is in the mood, he performs wonderfully. However, when he is not, he becomes lazy and uninterested. So maintaining his attention and building conversations with him is my priority to start off our sessions. He has good understanding, but lazy at times.
Peihua has shown an eagerness to learn as exams approach, bringing a willingness to learn and showing initiative. If he keeps it up his English will undoubtedly improve! Peihua has put in good effort as his exam approaches. Peihua still needs to do more extracurricular work, although he is improving. The more work that is done, the more I correct and thus can give feedback on. It is a cycle we all benefit from.
At the moment we are working on trigonometry, and the girls have forgotten a lot of the work covered in class. I do not know whether this is because they did not pay attention in class, or didn't do any problems for homework, but there are some large gaps that would be easily filled by doing the exercise after learning the content in class, as opposed to doing questions several weeks later. See above notes. There are no specific problem areas.
Kaitlyn and Jet have had a wonderful start to the term. Judging by the two lessons his had she has managed to make a world of difference already. Kaitlyn has a wonderful personality and has so much patience. I have nothing but praise for her.
We are so far really happy with jun woo. He is highly competent and seems to be doing a great job with Ashton.
Isabelle is lovely and she and Sara hit it off in their first session. We would definitely like to continue with Isabelle, thank you.
