No wonder most students get overwhelmed and start memorising instead of understanding the concepts. Or worse, they just give up.
We've heard it time and time again, you’ve probably heard it too. Some students connect everything as they go, but some are just stuck. This kind of attitude can lead to poor grades, but it can also lead to a crack in your child's self-esteem.
So what can you do?
The truth is - everyone struggles. Some might get there easier or quicker, but everyone struggles at some point. We know that and the Green Valley chemistry tutors we work with know that, too.
All it takes is a bit of guidance by someone who's been there before. Someone who can foster the right attitude and study habits, but most importantly, someone who clicks with your child - a tutor who truly cares about your child's needs and goals.
That's what we do.
We find tutors and organise one-on-one chemistry tutoring in Green Valley, at your home or any other place that works for you.
There are no extra fees, just a simple hourly rate. You don't like the tutor? No need to worry, the first lesson comes as a free trial and we find you a better match. Simple as that.

The proof is always in the action, to get an idea of how tutoring works in practice check out some feedback from tutors. Typically tutors focus on strategies needed to make progress, what's going well and what needs improvement. Of course, every tutor has their own unique style that is tailored to your child's specific needs.
Fin has developed a new skill we have been working on. Considering we have completed all content for his year, I am now giving Fin more challenging questions. The aim of this is to aid Fin with his lateral thought process and to avoid lazy thinking.
Milla clearly works very hard to stay caught up with the class material, and she has an excellent work ethic. Her class notes are clearly written, organized, and corrected, despite the lack of depth her teacher provides. She has said that she consults her school teachers outside of class on her own time as well for extra help. I have not yet reviewed her study tactics before exams, but I will be sure to evaluate what she does to prepare when an exam is assigned.
Olivia definitely missed out on a lot of information last year, although there doesn't seem to be too much of it that is affecting her work at the moment which is good. She still has some small issues regarding her algebra and seeing how some questions are similar to others she understands, but we are working on this.
Emily has truly benefited from tutoring and I would not hesitate to recommend your service or to come back again if we felt Emily needed further help.
l'm very happy!! Bridget has learnt so much, the tutor is such a beautitful person and an amazing teacher
We are more than happy with James. He has made a strong impression on both Jack and Sam. Both boys are keen and eager to please James. He has a lovely quiet demeanor and is constantly praising the boys and clearing explaining the steps as they are learning.
